October only
Sign up for BridalOp in October and we migrate your clients, sales history, appointments and inventory from whatever you use now. You send us an export, CSV or PDF. We do the rest, and show you what landed before you go live.
One plan, $299/mo, cancel anytime. Offer for boutiques that sign up October 1–31, 2026.
Why we're doing this
The part that stops most boutiques isn't the software. It's the thought of moving years of brides, orders, measurements and appointments out of whatever they're on now, and being the one who loses something. So for October, that part is ours. You keep running the shop. We bring the history across and show you exactly what came over.
How It Works
Create your BridalOp account any day from October 1 to October 31. One plan at $299/mo, every feature, no setup fee, cancel anytime.
Export what you've got from your current system as CSV or PDF: clients, sales, appointments, inventory. BridalLive, Poppy, Square, a spreadsheet, it doesn't matter. Email it to info@bridalop.com.
We map it, ask you the handful of judgment calls that are yours to make, inside BridalOp, and bring it in. Most migrations are done within a few days of getting your files.
What comes over
Names, contact details, wedding dates and your custom fields, matched to anyone already in BridalOp.
Every past sale and special order, dated the day it happened, so your reports and each client's Orders tab read right from day one.
Past and upcoming, with the type, the consultant and the outcome. Upcoming ones land on your calendar with reminders held so nobody gets a duplicate text.
Gowns, accessories, sizes and colors, with what's on the floor and what's on order, under the right designer.
Every designer you carry, matched to BridalOp's. Lines you no longer stock come in archived, so your history is complete and your pickers stay clean.
Special orders and layaways that still have money owed come in open, so you collect the rest in BridalOp instead of two systems.
We just did one
2,897 sales and four years of history, from one boutique's BridalLive export to every client's profile in BridalOp. In an afternoon.
Their 3,020 appointments came over the week before. They answered seven questions. We did the rest.
The fine print
Any bridal boutique that creates its BridalOp account between October 1 and October 31, 2026. There's no minimum term; BridalOp is month to month.
CSV or PDF. Most systems export both: BridalLive's journals and reports, Poppy's exports, Square's item and customer lists, Shopify's CSVs, or a spreadsheet you keep yourself. If your system only prints reports, a PDF of them is fine.
We tell you before anything is imported. You'll see a short set of questions inside BridalOp for the judgment calls that are yours: an appointment type we don't have, a designer you no longer carry, two customers who share a name. Nothing changes in your account until you've answered them.
Usually a few days from the day we receive your files, depending on how much there is. You can start taking appointments and sales in BridalOp while we work; the history lands around them.
Yes. Pick a switch-over day, send us a final export the day before, and we bring in anything that happened since the first one. Sales you've already rung up in BridalOp are never duplicated.
They're used for your import and nothing else, and deleted once it's done. Your data belongs to you; you can export all of it from BridalOp at any time.
Migration help is always available; it's quoted per boutique based on what you have. October is the month it's on us.
Sign up in October, send us your export, and open BridalOp to find your brides already there.
