Sell Your Gowns Through Your Shopify Store

The dresses already in your BridalOp inventory can be sold through your Shopify storefront — with stock that stays in step with what is actually on your racks.

One Dress. One Number.

Most boutiques selling online end up keeping two sets of books — the rack and the storefront — and reconciling them by hand. It works until the day a bride buys a gown online that a consultant sold on the floor an hour earlier. Then somebody has to make a phone call.

BridalOp keeps one number. Your Shopify store reads from it.

How It Works

Nothing to install. No API keys to copy. No export step.

1

Enter Your Store Address

In BridalOp, open Settings → Online Store and type your yourstore.myshopify.com address.

2

Approve on Shopify

Shopify asks you to allow BridalOp to read and write your products, stock and orders, then brings you straight back.

3

Tick "Sell Online"

Choose which gowns go up. Nothing is published until you say so.

4

Sell

Orders land in BridalOp with the gown claimed and the customer attached.

Stock Moves in Seconds

Not everything needs to be instant, and pretending otherwise is how systems get slow. Stock is the one that costs you money, so stock is the one that is fast.

It Works Both Ways

BridalOp keeps your shop right

  • Products published with photos, sizes and colours
  • Stock counted from the gowns actually available
  • Sample sales included, if you want them
  • Mark an order sent and your store emails the customer

Your storefront keeps BridalOp right

  • Online orders become real orders, customer attached
  • The specific gown is claimed so it can't sell twice
  • Refunds put the dress back on your racks
  • Cancel online and the gown is sellable again

When Two Brides Want the Same Dress

Occasionally a gown sells in the shop and online within the same minute. Her card is charged at your Shopify checkout before BridalOp ever hears about the order, so no software can refuse it — anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing.

What BridalOp does is tell you. The order is recorded and flagged for a human, with the customer's name and what she paid, so you can source another or refund her the same day — rather than finding out when she calls to ask where her dress is.

What You Need

A Shopify store

Any plan. You will need its yourstore.myshopify.com address to connect.

Nothing to install

Shopify does not let anyone run software inside your shop, so BridalOp connects to it from the outside instead.

A BridalOp account

Included on every plan at no extra cost.

Put Your Racks Online

Sell the gowns you already have, on the Shopify store you already run, without keeping a second set of books.
